From the very beginning, the workshop has been a place where a passion for watchmaking is combined with an unwavering commitment to excellence. If my name is often associated with this watchmaking heritage, it is largely thanks to the unwavering support of my wife, Elisabeth, who has been by my side for over twenty years. Over the years, her role has grown, and she has gradually taken on essential responsibilities, allowing me to fully dedicate myself to my craft as a founder and watchmaking creator.
This natural evolution led us, in July 2022, to structure this transition by creating Philippe Dufour SA, a family-owned company founded with our daughter Danièla, who shares this passion and now works as a watchmaker.
Today, my wife holds the position of Chairwoman & CEO. She oversees the company's operations and assumes full responsibility for its administration, strategy, and organization. As such, she is the sole point of contact for all matters related to Philippe Dufour SA, whether in management, communication, press relations, marketing, or any other business concerning the company.
I am fully content and at peace with this organization, which reflects my firm intention. This structure not only ensures the continuity of our approach but also strengthens a vision built on rigor, passion, and the independence that have always guided our work.
I wanted to make this clarification to ensure that everything is definitively clear and that there are no further misunderstandings. What matters to me is to continue this journey with complete peace of mind, alongside the right people, in a spirit of trust and continuity.
